Disappointed HCI expert Secured income. I joined Siemens as an HCI expert to make a significant improvement on the company's products user experience. Quickly it turned out to me that the current development environment does not allow that - too many "this is impossible" answers while I am not getting any management backup to overcome the developers resistance. Professionally I made the wrong move...
