Erosion?

There are growth opportunities, but it's up to you to identify these opportunities and make them happen

Management and management competence is eroding while human resources (skills, working knowledge, experience) aren't valued like the good old days.

The people are great, multicultural company, great place to start after university for a year or two max as you gain allot of knowledge in a short period

Bad management,it feels like they selectively chosen the worse managers that could ever be. Employees are not a factor in major decisions, no compensation. Educate for being average !

Some really nice people who are incredibly passionate about what they do. Benefits are fair. Working environment average.

Not very well organised. Lots of parallel activities. Wasted effort.

Plenty relocation opportunities. Rather fast promotion opportunities.

I feel that Amdocs takes it's employees for granted and drains all the juice out of them. Organization culture is agressive and stressful in all aspects. I think that Amdocs is not always a trusty employer, neither a trusty ISV.

Prior to 9/11, the FBI had discovered the presence of a massive spy ring inside the United States run by the government of Israel. This seems a harsh gratitude from a nation which obtains 10% of its annual budget from the American taxpayer, $3+ billion a year. Over the years, American taxpayers have been required to send Israel more than four times what the US spent to go to the moon. What Israel has done in return was to set up government subsidized telecommunications companies which operate here in the United States. One of these companies is Amdocs, which provides billing and directory assistance for 90% of the phone companies in the USA. Amdocs' main computer center for billing is actually in Israel and allows those with access to do what intelligence agencies call "traffic analysis"; a picture of someone's activities based on a pattern of who they are calling and when.
